We had a full day, rising at 5:30 to finish packing and then to leave to drive to the North. We needed to be in our hotel in time for our first Wednesday Moed call at 4:00 pm.
On the way, we met one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Truly a man among millions. We were told we would go to his office. We parked. Then walked through an underground parking area. Then we were met at two very large doors and when we crossed the threshold, we stepped into another world. One I could never have imagined.
I am posting a video for you of our group walking down the red carpet between the rows of the car collection of Moshe Levy. Most of the cars have a story. Most are Rolls Royce machines. Each one with a story. One was the car of the Queen of England. One was the car of Jackie Onassis.
As this oh-so-pleasant man shared his stories, I could see evidence of the hand of God at every point of his life. He lost his siblings and parents to the tragedies of the times. Orphaned at age eight, he arose from having nothing to being a very wealthy man who uses his wealth to help so many.
Among his vehicles is a half-track, like the one from which he was firing when a missile blew off his right arm. It was the Yom Kippur war on the Egyptian front. With his arm blown away, he faced the enemy head-on and took shrapnel in his body and face, then was shot in the back. With all this, he led his soldiers to hold Fort Budapest in the Sinai. For this, he was awarded Israel’s highest honor, the Medal of Valor. A true gibbor [hero]!!! (Below is a link to his story.)

Migdal Arbel Prayer and Study Center
As we drove up to the place, I literally screamed. The amazing progress since we were here in June took my breath away. Here is a video of Nir Kimchi explaining what is going on now.
Today – Thursday, November 21, at the Border with Lebanon
We drove north to a military base situated for maneuvers on two mountains bordering Lebanon—Mount Hermon and Mount Dov. We got this rare and unique privilege due to KCM and Julie Sironi. The highlight was a very long ride over rough terrain in this military ATV, with a design that allows even the climbing of mountains at a high rate of speed. Just yesterday, personnel evacuated five soldiers.
Attached is a video and a few pictures which, again, speak more than thousands of words. While we were there, intel came in that missiles were about to be fired from Lebanon toward the Galilee. We went to the shelter for only a few minutes before this well-informed unit knew they had passed and were destroyed.
Majdal Shams
This past July, twelve children and teens were killed when a Hezbollah rocket hit a soccer field in the northern Druze city of Majdal Shams. The IDF has said that the rocket was an Iranian-made Falaq-1 with a warhead of over 50 kilograms (110 pounds) of explosives.
We went to visit and show support to these wonderful people, the Druze, with whom I’ve been associated since the 1980s. Three fathers of some of the victims met us at the soccer field. We saw how the huge missile hit just in front of the shelter where the children had run. They had almost no notice and were running for cover.
The Druze man in the religious clothing and white hat is a long-time friend. In fact Muhsin Abu Saleh studied at Ulpan Akiva, the marvelous school where I studied Hebrew. Our history is long and almost unbelievable, as we both knew and loved Shulamith Katznelson, its colorful founder.
Muhsin then accompanied us only a few steps to his home, where his wife had prepared drinks and snacks. I was so surprised to see how close to his home the rocket had hit. Some of the victims were children of his cousin.
Again, I will let the pictures talk. I’m ready to turn in for the night. Need to get up early and pack to leave this hotel. My strength is beyond words. However, the interpretation of recent Wednesday Moed Words spoke much about how the Lord strengthens us with His strength. I am living it!!!!!

Oh my God and Father. Look where Billye Shelli and Julie and Guy are. In the high places of Fathers Land. And Migdal that’s awesome that report.
