Shalom, Dear Partners in the Lord’s Work,
One week ago, I was here in DC for the annual CUFI Summit, June 29–July 1.
I spoke there at the opening prayer session of Daughters for Zion.
The Lord’s direction, once again, was to teach on and demonstrate the prayer of The Authority of the Believer. An unusual anointing came upon me. And I sensed the heightening of the anointing on almost every speaker throughout the conference.
The Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, was one of those speakers.
We got to meet him in the green room before he spoke. A remarkable young woman, who went with me to Israel when she was 11 years old, now works for him. She arranged the meeting. And later she said that my name was being submitted for a reception at the Embassy to be hosted by Prime Minister and Mrs. Netanyahu.

Fifty Jews and fifty Christians would be invited. Of course they had to be vetted. And she wasn’t sure I would be invited. The event was to be July 9, and we were to fly out July 3 after having been at the CUFI Summit.
We came back to Branson and were advised that I was number 51 on the list. I had to wait.
Decisions had to be made. Flights booked. Hotel booked. Shelli said, “Mom I think you should just go on in faith.” And so we did.
We checked into the oldest hotel in DC, the Willard. I was given a room which they touted as having a view of the Washington Monument. (I am certain the Lord arranged it.)
But when I looked out the window to the right, I saw that I was positioned to look over the gates to the White House! And the room number: 808!
I spent all day Tuesday sitting in my seat of authority. I was watching, spiritually and physically, over the gates to the White House, as some of the most important meetings ever were going on between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and President Donald John Trump.
Directly under my window is the place where the limos park. I watched as they moved in and out. I watched as the police set up roadblocks. I watched as various cavalcades of long black cars passed by into the White House.

I thought, even if I don’t get to go to the reception, I know the Lord has set me in this posting for such a time as this.
The Event
It wasn’t until Wednesday morning that I got the news.
The text arrived while I was on the Prayer Call with Max and our wonderful Prayer Partners! It read: YOU’RE IN!!!!

I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful an event it was.
So I am posting here with some pictures.
Literally, I need to pinch myself to be sure this is really happening.
But I heard the Lord say to me, “You are here because you have been faithful to teach on and exercise the authority of the believer. And because you love Israel.”

I was on that call when you got the news! I was so thrilled for you and was thanking God all day long, even the day after I would smile when I thought of it. That God would do that for you — such a wonderful woman of God.. I look forward to seeing you in heaven and sitting listening to you preach. Oh what a blessing!! Come Lord Jesus and soon!!

I was on the call when you received the great news that you were accepted! I truly believe we are all blessed, and your attendance represents all of us.
The number 8 also holds significant meaning as it symbolizes new beginnings, resurrection, and a new order or creation in the Bible. It is often associated with the concept of being “born again.”
Shalom Shalom: Congratulations Billye. You deserve it. You’re a world leader yourself. A “Kingdom Of God Ambassador.” The trip that the young lady was on was 2008 (17 years ago). I was on that trip with her, her parents & her brother. It’s good to see where The Lord has taken that 11-year-old girl.
