Kibbutz Be’eri, Second Visit
Julie Sironi came to our hotel to join us for breakfast. Such a good time sharing with this lady, now so well known in Israel for her own heart for Israel and for her coordinating the work of Kenneth Copeland Ministries here. It’s so pleasurable to communicate with a kindred spirit.

Shepherd’s Field – City of David
We began this last day with the troopers walking through a rather desolate weedy area to an ancient structure over a cave which Guy said could be the place of the birth of Jesus. Guy explained his reasons for thinking it could be from the Scriptures, however, I haven’t had time to study the Scriptures he referred to for you. But having been in Nazareth and this “shepherd’s field,” we really touched the first coming of our Lord. We could not go into Bethlehem because there are no soldiers available to man the entry.

It is Shabbat. And I am taking a shabbat. Resting in the hotel while most of the others went to Masada and the Dead Sea (Yam HaMelach).
Oops. I’ve been coming back to the hotels and writing the blogs after very busy days. And then arising early for what the next day holds. So I got behind. To fix the matter, I wrote three days in one. When I checked to see what your comments were, I saw the 3-day post was not posted. This morning I checked. Still not there. I thought, Oh my! The work week is over, and they didn’t get it posted.
Our First Day in Jerusalem
Just after breakfast, we gathered in a room where we would have two lectures.
The first gentleman holds the very important position of Ministry of the Diaspora.
I was shocked when he presented me with a plaque.
You can read it from the picture posted here. We will take it home, but it will find its way back to the walls of Migdal-Arbel Prayer and Study Center.

Entry into Jerusalem
As we walked out from Hotel Ramat on the Galilee to board the bus south for Jerusalem I snapped a picture of a “parking lot” just outside the door.
Families evacuated from Kiriyat Shmona in the North are staying here. We saw many older ladies occupied with needlework, filling in artsy coloring books, etc. to pass their time. The littlest kids here spend a lot of time driving. See their parking lot.
